I have recently moved to Marriott ( January 2019) and from reading the posts by other users of the Marriott brand it would seem as if sometimes its the worst in the world. MY wife had her headphones stolen from housekeeping at the Renissance Marriott St Louis Airport. We've called the hotel multiple times ( I have the maangers phone number) but no one is willing to pick up or help. How can I get this fixed.
