Signed into my account this morning just to see if they'd extended the auto-renewal date for my membership due to limited travel because of the virus. The date had not been changed and then I noticed a chat window in the lower right portion of the monitor.
I clicked on it and asked the agent if they would be extending our dates of renewal. Within about 30 seconds I had been given a three month extension of my membership, it was that simple.
