It's hard to understand why Courtyard can't get their act together on the $10 Food & Beverage Credit. Stayed at the KC Airport CY last week, and asked for the credit. I was assured it would be automatically applied to my account each day. Two nights, and no credits. At checkout, I inquired and was told I should have told them at the Bistro. Actually, I did and was ignored on the issue. After a failed call to the manager, they promised a resolve prior to posting my final bill. They were adamant the $10 credit was per stay, and not per day. One of the many small misses on that stay that will keep me away in the future.
