I don't normally give hints nationwide, though it might be a good idea to take a look at Name that Room - Week 4 before you decide to lock in your answers for the foreseeable future. Wow, this is the toughest one yet if you ask me. I don't see any of the familiar features. Clearly an older version of whatever it is. My guess is Spring Hill.

I'm thrown off by the ceiling fan & the orange door. (Or is that just off-white lighting in the entryway?) Hmmmmm. Sofa or sectional in the forefront!?

The door is more of a white or cream color. The hall light is reflecting off the door making it appear somewhat orange.
The slight arch at the entry also alludes to MVC!!!???
MVC has been known to have some pretty FFI ish looking accents at the end of their beds.
If I paid the money the MVC costs for a room tha tlooked like that I would be very annoyed
Well, I don’t know if it applies to all MVC properties, but some have standard-type rooms, as well as villas.
This is another tough one, but it does not look very standard, I am thinking autograph but not ready to lock in on that seeing that I have not stayed in one.
That looks like and exterior door, walk up to the room from the outside not a hallway inside the hotel.
I think I will go with plat boy's sleuthing. It is a Marriott Vacation Club. Final answer. It is in the Carolinas or Florida. I remember BEJ doing a mega points merry go round last year and saying he included an MVC, it was probably then.

MVC. I stayed at one in Clear Point, AL years ago and this is vaguely similar to that.
Congratulations to everyone who figured out this week's brand is Marriott Vacation Club. If I were keeping score, I'd consider awarding bonus points to johnboy17 who correctly identified the property as Marriott's Grande Vista. As it is, I have no clue who has gotten the most correct answers over the past couple months. If I had to guess, I'd say pey.

Oh and no issue on the room rate. Got a better deal than some nearby FFIs. A couple other nice things about MVC locations. No resort fee and no charge for parking.
I think there is enough interest to keep going for another few weeks, so look for Name that Room - Week 10 on Monday.
Ouch. Lost my perfect score, by not being there! I saw this at the beginning of the week and had no clue so decided to follow my usual track and blatantly plagiarise on Thursday. Alas, I’ve been busy with other threads and work, and this passed me by.

On a normal week I might have reminded you to get your answer in before Friday afternoon, but as I'm seeing the sights of NYC this week, I wasn't able to keep tabs on who participated and who didn't.
We'll see how next week goes. The answer might be somewhat later than my normal Friday afternoon timeframe as I'll be away from home again next weekend. Gotta get those nights and points if I'm going to be able to make a serious run at LTPP.

I am going to say Fairfield Inn bejacob, based on the flimsy accent throw at the bottom of the bed. Most of the FFIs I have been in have this same weird semi-blanket. I reserve the right to change my mind based on the inputs of others, although I think I may keep guessing Fairfield Inn until you post a picture of one. That’s it, I’m all in on FFI until the end of the game!
Ok, so I was first to respond this morning, and have now come to my senses.... we’ve already seen FFI, and I have guessed it more than once already to be funny. I’ll now jump on the bandwagon and agree that MVC is likely. The door does look like it opens to the outside versus a hallway.... the throw looks somewhat nautical, so I will agree this is probably a Florida locale.
