BAD experience, and it's not over yet

I am really, really unhappy with the rewards / reservation program.  I was low on points so I purchased points on the reservation page.  Since then I've talked to 3 different people at Marriott in 3 different calls, and no one seems to be able to figure out where my points, my payment and my reservation went. Just now I got an Marriott email that they cancelled my purchase!  If I didn't really need to be at a specific property on specific days I'd cancel.  This has been really frustrating, and not worth the rewards for the reward.  SPG or Hilton get my next reservation (Hilton is great to work with).
