Frustration with Marriott and Community Managers

Since Marriott added Bonvoy onto this site, I have not had access to the insiders platform. During this time, I contacted Marriott customer support with no solutions.  I tried different browsers but no luck. Finally, on the 18th of February, the Community Managers posted a notice that log-in was unavailable (by the way that notice is still there).  At that point, I felt better knowing that is was a Marriott issue and not my computer.  Since the notice on February 18th, there were no updates from the Community Managers or Marriott. I do not know what anyone else thinks, but when something is not working, I like updates on a regular basis, even if the update states, that the problem has not been resolved. At least I am aware and will stop wondering what is happening.  In addition, I sent two separate emails to Marriott Technical support and have not received any communication back saying they are working on the problem. Very disappointed on how this whole matter has been handled.  AS WE ALL KNOW "COMMUNICATION" IS A KEY TO SATISFYING CONSUMERS/USERS AND, IN THIS INSTANCE, I THINK THIS SCENARIO WAS A FAILURE!!!!
