Purpose

The goal of this document is to be single place to track valid customer issues relating to their stays or bookings at Marriott/SPG properties. The idea is to use to insiders community to be a voice to effect change to make our stays more enjoyable and less buggy in the hope someone higher up at Marriott views this and takes appropriate action to resolve. 

Issues relating to stays at SPG properties by former Marriott Members/profile

  1. Folio(s) are not emailed as promised when checking out of SPG properties (by front-desk or checkout from mobile app)
  2. e-Folio download link at Marriott.com activity page does not work for SPG properties.
