Thank you again for your patience as we transition to one new program for you. Below is an update on the system transition happening this weekend.
As you know, we have planned outages through the weekend to ensure a smooth move to our new loyalty program. These outages will impact Marriott.com, SPG.com, the Marriott and The Ritz-Carlton mobile apps, the SPG mobile app and our call centers.
- To ensure site stability, account combine functionality will be rolled out to members in batches through Monday.
- Planned outages impacting Marriott.com and app will begin around 4am EDT. SPG.com and the SPG mobile app will periodically have planned outages starting Friday 10pm EDT.
- Throughout the weekend, when you log in to your account you should see all of your Marriott Rewards activity, but only 2018 SPG activity. Don’t worry -- if you would like to see your full 24-month SPG account activity, there will be a link on your profile with that information. Check out “view previous SPG activity” in your profile or on the mobile app.
