Hi Insiders!

 

We wanted to take a minute to let you all know how happy we are that you are here and how much we love being your Community Managers. Lately, we have seen a few questions about what we do here and what the site is for. Marriott Bonvoy Insiders was established as a digital community for members to connect with other members to talk about Marriott Bonvoy, swap travel stories, and discuss program hacks.

 

The Insiders community is member driven and not a primary channel for customer support. We do, however make sure to provide accurate answers to member questions regarding issues related to stays and the Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty Program. We also field questions and issues to the appropriate customer support agents on the behalf of members where appropriate. If you are trying to resolve an issue, please refrain from posting personally identifiable information anywhere in the community. If you have a specific concern, please contact Customer Care for assistance as posting in this community is not the same as directly contacting a Marriott Bonvoy Customer Care representative. 

 

This forum is designed for discussion and perspective from other members, a place to talk about all things Marriott Bonvoy! We appreciate the posts about the program and thank you all for working to help each other find the best deals and destinations.
