Hey Insiders,

 

The brand new Marriott mobile app is here with enhanced features for Rewards members! Look out for the new app on December 4th. We listened to your feedback and built a brand new app from the ground up. The newly updated app for iPhone and Android phone features:

 

  • A brand new design that makes searching and booking so much faster and easier
  • A personalized home screen when signed into your Rewards account that allows you to easily swipe through and manage all of your upcoming stays
  • The ability to stay signed into your account for up to 45 days making it easier to manage frequent bookings
  • Mobile check-in and checkout* exclusively for Rewards members with mobile alerts letting you know when your room is ready
  • Ability to make special requests for early check-in, extra pillows or towels, high or low floor, etc.
  • You can now begin a Redemption stay within the app by searching for hotels using points, and will be sent to Marriott.com to complete the redemption booking

 

Our app is available in English, French, Spanish, German, and Chinese. Download it starting 12/4/2014 from the iTunes App Store or the Google Play store.

 

*Regulations in Armenia, France, Italy, Kazakhstan, Portugal, Poland, Russia, Spain and Turkey allow for mobile check-in but require guests to checkout with the front desk. Mobile check-in and checkout is not available in Japan.
