Greetings Insiders


We introduced the Marriott Rewards Support area of the community so Insiders could pose questions directly to Marriott associates and we wanted to introduce you to the two associates that will be monitoring and responding to your questions in that area. has been with Marriott for nearly 14 years as a Marriott Rewards phone representative, phone supervisor and training, internet correspondence supervisor, and now internet correspondence manager. With such extensive experience in the Rewards program, John may have previously helped with your account. And here within Insiders, he’s interested in providing helpful responses and empathetic insights to your questions. (aka Drew on FlyerTalk) has been with Marriott for six years as a Marriott Rewards representative, internet correspondence, quality assurance specialist, and now the internet correspondence support supervisor. He’s looking forward to using that experience and knowledge to assist our valued Marriott Rewards members. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys traveling, cooking, games, and spending time with family and friends.
